Base pay range

Product Director - Internal Systems - £180k package - Buckinghamshire / North West / Yorkshire - Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Ownership of internal Product Strategy, Technology, PMO and Business Change
• Establish best-in-class product management frameworks, from development to execution
• Work closely with engineering, architecture, and operational teams ensuring seamless product rollouts and integration
• Define and establish strategic direction of Product Management Discipline and ensure best practice is followed
• Manage and maintain a wide capability vision and roadmap aligned with internal strategy
• Collaborate with business leaders and technology teams to ensure alignment of product roadmap
• Implement continuous improvements to ensure product strategy is scalable and repeatable
• Use data-driven approaches to inform decision-making, feedback, analysis, and next steps
• Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and methodologies, bringing innovative thinking into the organization
• Enhance customer and employee experience continuously
• Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Create development paths for team members with ongoing training opportunities
