THE ROLE
This is a
high-impact role sitting at the intersection of Product, Strategy, and
Partnerships. You will drive the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and
execution of partnerships that complement or extend our product suite.
These
partnerships may take the form of delivery outsourcing,
subcontracting/licensing, or deep product integrations—and are critical to
scaling our offering in both capability and reach.
Collaborate with the Product Strategy team and product directors to identify functionality or service areas where build vs. partner decisions must be made.
Evaluate market needs, internal priorities, and competitive positioning to guide partnership strategy.
Lead partner/vendor scouting, assessment, and due diligence across capability, commercial viability, and alignment.

Work closely with legal, procurement, and finance teams to finalize commercial agreements and partnership objectives.
Define and drive the end-to-end productization of partnerships—from integration design to support models.
Ensure partnerships are aligned with our platform architecture, scalability, and product roadmap.
Collaborate with engineering, product management, and delivery to bring integrated offerings to life.
Develop sales strategy and go-to-market (GTM) plans for the new partner-integrated offerings.
Coordinate pilot customers or early adopters to validate solution-market fit.
Create internal enablement materials and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to launch offerings effectively.
Monitor partnership performance and value realization.
Support governance and partner management routines to ensure continued alignment and delivery quality.
Identify opportunities for deeper collaboration or expansion.
