Are you an experienced leader in data migration and integration programmes, ready to take ownership of complex transformation initiatives and shape delivery at the highest level?

We’re working with a Midlands-based digital transformation consultancy that partners with major organisations in the financial services sector, particularly across Life & Pensions.

In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end delivery of high-profile data migration and integration programmes, set the strategic direction for delivery frameworks and governance, and engage directly with senior client stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale data migration and integration programmes, including post-merger transitions
  • Develop and own migration strategies, plans, and roadmaps
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client executives and steering committees
  • Drive governance, reporting, and assurance across complex delivery portfolios
  • Coach and mentor teams to embed best practice and continuous improvement

About You

  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data migration and integration programmes
  • Strong track record engaging with executive stakeholders and driving delivery excellence
  • Background in Life & Pensions or wider financial services preferred
  • Comfortable operating in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Familiar with modern data and delivery tools (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Informatica, Jira)

This is an opportunity to join a consultancy with a strong reputation for delivery and innovation — where you’ll shape strategic outcomes for clients, influence at board level, and help define the future of digital transformation in the financial services sector.
