OverviewProgrammatic AV Account Director – 6-Month FTC. We’re working with a fast-growing, forward-thinking media agency to hire a Programmatic AV Account Director. This 9-month FTC offers the opportunity to lead one of the agency’s flagship UK advertiser accounts, driving excellence across programmatic video and audio campaigns, process innovation, and team leadership.Location: London Bridge (Hybrid, minimum 3 days in-office)Start Date: October 2025Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing activation team (1x Manager, 2x Executives).Oversee campaign delivery and performance across CTV, YouTube, Online Video, Broadcast Video, and Audio.Collaborate with planning teams, DSP partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class programmatic strategies.Ensure compliance, process adherence, and continual refinement of campaign management practices.Champion innovation through testing, emerging media solutions, and proprietary product adoption.Provide strategic guidance on programmatic trends, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.Partner with leadership to identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.About YouMinimum 5 years’ experience in digital media, ideally with hands-on buy-side programmatic experience or equivalent digital channel expertise.Strong operational knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, advertising technology, and data-driven campaign management.Proven experience leading and mentoring teams, with excellent communication and presentation skills.Skilled in platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar DSPs.Confident working across large-scale campaigns and multiple stakeholders.Detail-oriented and proactive, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Comfortable operating within compliance-led environments.Experience collaborating with broadcast or TV buying teams is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
