Our client, London St. Pancras High Speed, is seeking to appoint a Programme Director to lead the redevelopment and expansion of the international zone within King’s Cross St. Pancras train station. This complex, multi-phase programme will deliver major enhancements to passenger areas and station layout, with the aim of increasing capacity, improving resilience, and preparing for future service growth.
The redevelopment will take place within a live, operational transport hub that serves various national and international routes and accommodates a significant volume of daily passengers. As such, the programme demands a careful balance between infrastructure delivery, commercial continuity, and passenger experience.
The appointed Programme Director will take on full accountability for strategy, governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery. The role will require close collaboration with a broad set of internal and external partners, including transport operators, regulators, government stakeholders, and commercial tenants.
We are seeking a senior leader with proven experience in the successful delivery of large-scale, complex infrastructure projects, previous experience of major rail station, airport terminal or other transport interchanges would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will have a strong u...
