Deliver planning consent discharge, ensuring ground investigations, archaeological surveys, and monitoring of key late‑stage development milestones. Maintain and execute final option‑to‑lease obligations with landowners. Partner with the construction department to procure key EPC services required for project delivery. Lead a dynamic team, mentoring junior members and influencing project strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of direct, senior‑level experience in renewable energy project delivery. Proven track record managing late‑stage development and construction delivery of utility‑scale projects. Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence high‑level strategy.
