The Opportunity This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Project Director to take a leading role in the successful delivery of a major, high impact programme that will shape the future of our organisation and the communities we support.

Overseeing large scale projects from inception to completion, youll ensure alignment with strategic goals and the achievement of measurable outcomes. Having the scope to influence key decisions will be a major part of your role. Youll guide a skilled, multi disciplinary team and work closely with senior stakeholders to achieve outcomes that truly matter. Youll have the autonomy to shape plans, set priorities, and make decisions that move the business forward. Who you are Youre an experienced project leader who thrives on bringing structure, clarity, and purpose to complex programmes.

You understand how to balance the strategic and the practical ,guiding teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects progress smoothly and successfully.

Youll bring strong experience in managing multi disciplinary teams, overseeing budgets, and implementing effective project controls.

Confident and collaborative, youre skilled at building trusted relationships and creating an environment where people can do their best work.

Youre motivated by seeing ambitious plans become reality and take pride in delivering work that makes a lasting difference.
