Project Director – £35M Student Accommodation Scheme – Olympic Park, London Tier 2 Main Contractor | Permanent | Start November 2025

A leading Tier 2 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a new £35M student accommodation scheme in the Olympic Park, London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and ambitious business with a strong pipeline of work across London and the South East.

The Project The scheme comprises three new-build blocks of student accommodation, with the tallest reaching seven storeys, plus one commercial block. The project is due to come out of Gateway in November, with piling starting shortly after. It’s a straightforward brickwork build with high quality expectations and a strong focus on programme and technical delivery.

The Role As Project Director, you will take full ownership of the project from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Following the successful delivery of this scheme, you will move on to lead a second major project for the business.
