The Individual: A proven Quantity Surveyor at Director or Senior Associate level within a leading consultancy. Strong technical foundation across
commercial, residential, and mixed-use schemes . Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of cultivating client relationships and driving business growth. Leadership presence, commercial acumen, and a genuine interest in helping shape a growing practice.
