The successful candidate will have experience acting as a Quantum Expert on international arbitrations. Responsibilities and Duties Work on high-value international disputes, mainly arbitrations, involving multi-million/billion pounds. Provide analytical expert opinions and reports for dispute resolution proceedings. Liaise with internal and external parties to gather information and documentation. Support business development and marketing efforts. Mentor, develop, and manage junior and senior experts within the team. Desired Skills and Experience Background in Quantity Surveying, with experience in major projects. Experience in arbitration report writing. Experience in taking own appointments and testifying in court. Proven ability in business development and work-winning. Methodical, analytical approach and meticulous work ethic. Experience training and coaching junior staff. Excellent English communication skills. Qualifications/Educational Requirements Degree in a relevant subject; MSc or LLM in Construction Law preferred.
