Regional Director (Residential Conveyancing)

Are you an experienced residential property lawyer looking to lead and shape a team in a growing residential conveyancing department? One of our clients based in North Staffordshire is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Head of Property Team to oversee their private residential property teams across a number of offices

Role Overview Lead and manage a team of conveyancers, paralegals, and support staff across multiple sites Maintain and develop strong client and referrer relationships Oversee a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters—from instruction through to post-completion Ensure appropriate resource allocation, file distribution, and manage everyday operational issues (e.g. timekeeping, leave) Contribute to the development of the department through training, supervising, and collaborating with other departments

Candidate Requirements Qualified solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or experienced conveyancer with at least 5 years’ post-qualification or equivalent in residential property Excellent, up-to-date knowledge of residential property law and practice Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, well-organised, and a team player
