Regional Director (Residential Conveyancing)

Are you an experienced residential property lawyer looking to lead and shape a team in a growing residential conveyancing department? One of our clients based in North Staffordshire is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Head of Property Team to oversee their private residential property teams across a number of offices

Role Overview

• Lead and manage a team of conveyancers, paralegals, and support staff across multiple sites
• Maintain and develop strong client and referrer relationships
• Oversee a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters—from instruction through to post-completion
• Ensure appropriate resource allocation, file distribution, and manage everyday operational issues (e.g. timekeeping, leave)
• Contribute to the development of the department through training, supervising, and collaborating with other departments

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or experienced conveyancer with at least 5 years’ post-qualification or equivalent in residential property
• Excellent, up-to-date knowledge of residential property law and practice
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, well-organised, and a team player
• Motivated to lead and develop others, and comfortable managing complex case work alongside leadership duties
