Role Summary
Lead Maximus’ delivery operations in a defined geography to grow presence, value, and impact.

Accountabilities
- Financial: Oversee operational P&L for multi-contract geographic business unit with approx. £150+m revenue annually
- Performance: Ensure high-quality service delivery and outcomes, exceeding client expectations
- People: Inspire and lead regional teams, foster engagement, and develop talent
- Clients: Maintain senior client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and supporting growth
- Transformation: Drive business modernization, improve performance and customer satisfaction
- Growth: Interface with regional stakeholders to support year-over-year growth
- Reputation: Uphold Maximus’ integrity and reputation as a trusted partner
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Essential
- 5+ years in senior leadership (Director level)
- Degree (preferably Masters), strong business acumen, excellent communication
- Proven ability to manage high-value, high-quality contracts
- Experience leading multi-contract portfolios with dispersed teams
