Role Summary

Lead Maximus’ delivery operations in a defined geography to grow presence, value, and impact.

• Key client relationships, including senior levels
• Stakeholders like Commissioners, politicians, government officials

Accountabilities

• Financial: Oversee operational P&L for multi-contract geographic business unit with approx. £150+m revenue annually
• Performance: Ensure high-quality service delivery and outcomes, exceeding client expectations
• People: Inspire and lead regional teams, foster engagement, and develop talent
• Clients: Maintain senior client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and supporting growth
• Transformation: Drive business modernization, improve performance and customer satisfaction
• Growth: Interface with regional stakeholders to support year-over-year growth
• Reputation: Uphold Maximus’ integrity and reputation as a trusted partner

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Essential

• 5+ years in senior leadership (Director level)
• Degree (preferably Masters), strong business acumen, excellent communication
• Proven ability to manage high-value, high-quality contracts
• Experience leading multi-contract portfolios with dispersed teams
