Regulatory Senior Manager / Director - Consulting

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Senior Manager or Director with a strong background in providing Regulatory Consulting solutions and services to financial services clients. The role involves advising on regulatory matters, change execution, remediation, and compliance assurance.

Responsibilities include:

Developing client and market strategies on regulatory topics
Leading proposals and RFP processes
Recruiting and training team members
Managing client engagements and delivering complex regulatory programs

Required Skills & Experience:

Knowledge of key regulatory topics affecting financial services, including capital markets, retail, asset management, and insurance
Deep understanding of regulatory areas such as FCA Conduct Rules, G20 Transaction Reporting, DORA, Operational Resilience, and Consumer Duty
Understanding of compliance management processes and operating models
Experience delivering complex regulatory projects
Leadership experience in team setup and success
Network of industry contacts and experts in relevant regulatory fields
Experience managing RFP processes
