OverviewWe are looking to recruit an Account Director to join our growing Renewable Energy Team. Our Renewable Energy division thrives on a culture of teamwork and collaboration. Working for a global strength in the insurance market, you will be responsible for servicing accounts in an efficient, flexible manner, supporting peers to meet client demands, and achieving renewal retention and growth rates. You’re driven, hardworking and business focused, with clients at the heart of your actions. As an integral part of our Renewable Energy team, you will build strong relationships with our clients within the corporate space by understanding their needs and providing exceptional account servicing support to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership with our organization.How You\'ll Make An ImpactControl the renewal process for your clients. Gather information from clients and prospects using superb communication skills.Maintain and grow your book of business by pursuing and securing new business leads.Openly discuss renewal terms with customers and seek alternatives to discuss with them. Collaborate with brokers to gain access to the most competitive terms that meet client objectives.Visit clients as appropriate to showcase strong interpersonal skills.Assess account queries and credit control matters, resolve efficiently, and raise concerns with the right team.Identify and act upon new-business opportunities; use sound judgement to recommend them when appropriate.About YouHolding/working towards Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications: Dip CII/ Cert CIIInsurance broking experience is essential, specifically within Renewable EnergyStrong knowledge of client market and insurance industry network, London Market, Lloyds and IndustryDue diligence in administration, policy documents and processesExcellent client service focus; the customer is always your top priorityGenerate and drive new business using exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsActively deal with ambiguity and maintain outstanding accuracy and attention to detailContinually building your industry knowledge and seeking developmentEligible to work in the UKCompensation And BenefitsOn top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
