Job Summary

Reporting to the Country Manager, UK, the Forbury Account Executive is passionate about PropTech and market growth. You will identify and convert prospects, expanding Forbury’s market reach within SMB Commercial Real Estate Owner and Advisory segments, and grow recurring revenue.

Background

Forbury provides software for investment-grade financial analysis in the CRE market. Founded over a decade ago in Australia and New Zealand, the UK branch has grown rapidly, achieving 370% revenue growth last year. Acquired by Altus Group in December 2023, Forbury is expanding its reach with the support of Altus’ resources.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Drive growth in the UK and European markets for Forbury and other Altus Group products.
  2. Manage full-cycle outbound business development, including demos, trials, and proposals.
  3. Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams to achieve sales outcomes.
  4. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  5. Contribute suggestions to improve sales processes and client outcomes.

Key Qualifications

  1. Experience in sales or partnerships, preferably in Commercial Real Estate.
  2. Experience selling SaaS or B2B software, with understanding of complexities involved.
  3. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  4. Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  5. High emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder relationship-building ability.
  6. Financial literacy a plus, given the technical and financial nature of the product.
