We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to join us as our first sales recruit. This pivotal role will lay the foundation for our sales strategy and processes and lead the charge in building a world-class sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with our business goals.
• Establish our sales process, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Lead and grow a high-performing sales team to drive key metrics and revenue.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the other members of the leadership team to refine product offerings based on market feedback.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience in building and managing teams.
• Thorough understanding of the AI and market research landscapes is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Some start up experience would be an advantage
