Head of Data Analytics & Payments Sales (Fintech) EMEA at EC1 PartnersThe ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build deep, strategic relationships with enterprise banking clients in order to understand their objectives and deliver tailored solutions. This individual will be highly skilled in consultative sales, pipeline management, and navigating complex enterprise deals. Using strong presentation and negotiation skills, they will drive growth within an existing portfolio while identifying new opportunities to expand engagement across multiple stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor within assigned accountsUncover client needs, challenges, and objectives, and design tailored solutions that align with these requirementsManage the full enterprise sales cycle, coordinating with internal product, technology, and business stakeholdersDrive account planning, pipeline management, and sales activities to achieve and exceed targetsProvide strategic analysis and insight to support clients’ business goals and long-term successMaintain accurate activity tracking and reporting using CRM toolsTravel 40–50% as required to support client engagementQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally within SaaS, FinTech, or banking technology solutionsStrong track record of building relationships and growing business through consultative sales methodologyProven ability to engage multiple decision makers and manage complex sales cyclesExcellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skillsDeep knowledge of the banking sector, including industry trends and competitive landscapeResults-oriented, reliable, and proactive approach to client engagementSeniority level: DirectorEmployment type: Full-timeJob functionIndustries: Financial Services, Software Development, and Capital Markets
