What you'll do
The Sales Development Specialist identifies and creates new qualified opportunities for Account Executives through inbound and outbound channels including phone, web, email, events, and direct mail. High performers who embody SAP Concur's core values may find opportunities for career growth within the organization.
- Report to a Sales Development Manager who values coaching, autonomy, and regular feedback.
- Manage your territory, gaining deep knowledge of SAP Concur’s products, competitors, and customer outcomes.
- Overcome objections confidently and communicate SAP Concur’s value effectively to decision makers.
- Build strong relationships with sales and marketing teams through clear communication.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly metrics such as appointments and qualified leads.
- Engage actively with leads via multiple channels, leveraging tools like Iris, Outreach, ReviO, Demandbase, ConnectAndSell, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Drift.
- Participate in development programs and be recognized for your contributions.
