We are currently working with a leading Microsoft technology partner who are looking for a Sales Director with a extensive experience in selling Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI solutions. An experienced sales leader with expertise in the Microsoft partner ecosystem and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive revenue growth for Microsoft D365, Power Platform, and AI offerings.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing, delivery, and partner teams.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline, driving opportunities from lead to close.
- Engage directly with C-level stakeholders and IT leaders to understand their business challenges and position relevant solutions.
- Collaborate with Microsoft field teams and partner ecosystem to co-sell and align with strategic initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft D365 and/or Power Platform.
- Proven success in a Microsoft partner organization (ISV, SI, or MSP).
- Demonstrated experience selling complex solutions involving AI, business applications, and cloud services.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft sales model, incentives, and co-sell motions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into the Financial Services Industry (FSI) is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft AI offerings including Copilot, Azure AI, and custom AI integrations.
- Experience with solution selling, consultative sales approaches, and value-based engagements.
