This opportunity is ideal for a driven and experienced Enterprise Sales Director with a strong B2B enterprise sales background in fintech, digital assets, or blockchain. Experience selling into payroll providers, freelancer platforms, or gig economy ecosystems is highly desirable. The successful candidate will identify high-value opportunities, build strategic relationships, and close complex deals with enterprise clients. This is a high-impact role requiring a consultative approach, technical fluency, and deep market insight.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting enterprise clients in payroll, freelancer platforms, gig economy, and cross-border B2B payments.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for API adoption.
  • Engage enterprise clients for use cases such as digital asset transactions, stablecoin payments, and cross-border corporate payments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Conduct needs assessments and tailor platform demonstrations to client goals.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to design custom solutions.

Revenue Growth & Performance

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Stay current on trends in digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, and relevant ecosystems.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Partner with internal teams across marketing, product, and engineering.
  • Mentor junior sales team members and foster a high-performance culture.
  • 3+ years in enterprise sales, ideally in fintech, payments, payroll, freelancer platforms, or cross-border B2B payments.
  • Proven success in achieving B2B sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of API-based solutions in financial services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, and cross-border payments.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and freelancer/gig platforms.
  • Regulatory awareness in digital finance is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
