Reporting directly to the New Business Sales Director, the Sales Director – EU will play a key role in driving ReBound’s growth across the region and the Re-Use loop. You'll lead a high-performing EU sales team, take ownership of delivering new business targets, and ensure clear, consistent reporting into the New Business Development Director. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll also champion and execute strategic Group sales initiatives, working closely with teams across the business to unlock major opportunities with corporate clients and shape the future of ReBound’s success.

This is a remote role where you’ll be trusted to work with autonomy and impact. In return, you’ll receive a highly competitive salary, a generous OTE bonus structure, and your choice of a company car or car allowance.
