Reporting directly to the New Business Sales Director, the Sales Director – EU will play a key role in driving ReBound’s growth across the region and the Re-Use loop. You'll lead a high-performing EU sales team, take ownership of delivering new business targets, and ensure clear, consistent reporting into the New Business Development Director. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll also champion and execute strategic Group sales initiatives, working closely with teams across the business to unlock major opportunities with corporate clients and shape the future of ReBound’s success.
This is a remote role where you’ll be trusted to work with autonomy and impact. In return, you’ll receive a highly competitive salary, a generous OTE bonus structure, and your choice of a company car or car allowance.
The Re-Use Division:
In the Re-use Loop, we offer intelligent platforms and circular logistics. By following technology-led supply chain, logistics and fulfilment solutions, we give businesses the best sustainable, omnichannel pre-retail and returns experience worldwide.
What will you be doing as our Sales Director EU:
- Take ownership of developing and managing the new business sales pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting and reliable forecasting of sales activities across the EU region
- Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to develop and execute strategies that expand ReBound into new markets and verticals — driving growth, increasing market potential, and scaling our impact across the EU
- Identify and lead the execution of new business opportunities that generate revenue and drive growth for ReBound, The Loop, and the wider Group
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients by truly understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive value and long-term partnerships
- Develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies for key market segments, leveraging insights from the sales team and market research to maximize impact and accelerate growth
- Partner closely with Marketing to drive Marketing Qualified Lead generation aligned with strategic initiatives for the Re-use division, fuelling a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
- Develop and monitor key KPIs for the sales team, leveraging data-driven insights to shape strategies and drive continuous operational improvements
What we need from you as our Sales Director EU:
- A proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing sales teams across European markets — you thrive on hitting ambitious targets and breaking new ground
- Exceptional leadership and people skills — you inspire, coach, and develop talent to deliver results and grow with the business
- Data-driven mindset — you know your pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy inside out
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of using data to drive smart, strategic decisions — confident in sales analytics tools and CRM platforms to uncover insights and optimise performance
- Willingness to travel regularly to both our London, Telford & Netherlands Head Office to collaborate with teams and stay connected to the heart of the business
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred
