Our client is a small but dynamic player in the labels sector, known for their agility, innovation, and customer-first approach. As they enter an exciting new growth phase, they are looking to appoint a Sales Director who can lead from the front, drive commercial performance, and represent the business with confidence, integrity, and passion.
This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from the sidelines. The successful candidate will be hands-on and deeply involved in building and nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting sales. You’ll be expected to bring a strong, proven track record in label sales, along with an existing network of customers you can confidently engage from day one.
Commercially astute and strategically minded, you’ll take ownership of the sales function and play a key role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory. You’ll be instrumental in building and developing a high-performing sales team, putting the right people and structures in place to support long-term success. You’ll lead by example—mentoring, motivating, and setting the pace for the team as it grows.
Your ability to execute with integrity, win trust, and inspire those around you will be essential. You’ll work closely with the business owner and wider leadership team to ensure customer satisfaction is matched with sustainable, profitable results.
