Are you a dynamic sales leader with a track record of selling managed services into the insurance sector? We're hiring for a

Sales Director

to spearhead origination and sales execution in a fast-growing managed services business.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the full spectrum of managed services-not just tech, but business process services across finance, HR, procurement, risk, and regulatory functions. If you've got a Big 4 background and deep insurance sector experience, this could be your next big move.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading go-to-market strategy and pipeline development for the insurance sector. Building trusted relationships and driving sales growth across business and technology services. Identifying and shaping mid-market and adjacent opportunities. Collaborating with alliance partners to expand reach and influence. Owning the full sales lifecycle-from lead generation to deal closure. Driving Salesforce pipeline accuracy and reporting. Engaging internal teams to align service offerings with client needs. What We're Looking For

Proven success in selling and delivering managed services within financial services-especially insurance. Strong origination skills and strategic thinking. Experience in end-to-end pursuit processes. Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders. Commercially driven with a focus on delivering results at pace. This is a UK-wide opportunity with flexibility on location.
