What you’ll do
- Build, coach, and inspire a world-class international sales team
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new business and client growth
- Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and senior IT leaders
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Research to align on trends and client needs
- Drive accountability, performance, and continuous learning across the team
- Use insights and metrics to forecast, optimise, and report on sales performance
- Lead a team of 6 across EMEA & APAC
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years in enterprise solution selling, with 5+ years leading sales teams
- A track record of scaling teams and exceeding ambitious revenue targets
- Experience selling into large, complex enterprises and engaging C-level IT buyers
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Tech-savvy, collaborative, and entrepreneurial by nature
Location: UK (with up to 50% travel)
