Fintech Search is delighted to once again be hiring on behalf of a high-growth global payments platform that’s powering the next generation of digital commercial payments.

Already trusted by 15,000+ businesses across 90+ countries, their product enables instant, digital-first payouts for everything from commercial expenses to marketing spend and payroll.

Now entering a critical phase of growth, they’re hiring a Sales Director to lead commercial efforts across the UK & Ireland. This is a senior leadership role owning go-to-market execution across direct sales, partner channels and strategic accounts.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Defining and executing the sales strategy for UK/Ireland
• Building and scaling a high-performing commercial team
• Leading multi-channel sales: enterprise, mid-market, and partner-driven
• Driving revenue growth with full-funnel ownership
• Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and RevOps
• Creating a performance-led, data-driven sales culture

What we’re looking for:

• Proven track record in B2B fintech or SaaS sales leadership
• Deep understanding of the payments, embedded finance, or digital card landscape
• Demonstrated experience building sales teams and GTM playbooks from scratch
• Strategic mindset with a bias for action and results
• Resilience, ownership mentality, and a drive to create clarity in ambiguity
