£95K - 110K DOE + car allowance + uncapped bonus + progression + benefits package

Bristol area- Office based with travel (Nationally and Internationally)

The position will be a combination of hands on high level B2B sales, managing a small sales and marketing team, and sales strategy.

This company is a well established Specialist Subcontractor in Controlled Environments industry, offering design and installation as a service. Due to growth they are looking to bring an experienced Sales and Marketing Director who has experience working in B2B sales at a senior level to help drive business growth both nationally and internationally.

In this role you will be tasked with implementing a sales and marketing strategy to increase growth and profitability within the business. You will operate at board level responsible for overseeing sales and marketing teams, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients by networking at director / board level and implementing pricing strategies to increase profitability.
