To promote Trip.Biz’s awareness and corporate travel solution to the designed marketsSecure the new agreement of global MNC and SME and facilitate the onboarding processPlan, develop, and execute the sales plan to deliver the key resultsCollaborate and consult with corporate clients with the goal of extending relationships, increasing the user adoption rate of Trip.Biz’s Travel Solution, and optimizing their investment.Collaborate across Trip.Biz and Trip.com Group internal teams including product, finance, legal R&D, service & marketing teams in order to achieve clients’ expectations and secure the new agreement as well as client retention.To work closely with business leads in both global and regional teams to mutually drive revenue growthDeliver against assigned quarterly goals while prioritizing and delivering excellent client service to the clientsCollaborate with Product Management and the rest of the cross-functional team to formulate and refine the product roadmap. Lead projects and initiatives as required, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams to achieve established goals and deliverables as neededPerform research, quantitative analysis, and modeling as necessary to enable key business decisions.Represent Trip.Biz in the destinations to increase brand awareness and interact with local partners by launching seminars, sales activities, tradeshow participation, and industry/partner events.Prepare presentation and all the necessary reportsAssist in additional tasks and projects when neededKey RequirementsFluent in EnglishA minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate development, business development/or a reputable global or local TMC /or in airline and acting in sales function /or in B2B/Bedbanks/Wholesale as and act in sales functionDetail oriental and fast learning capacityAble to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to adjust different communication methods depending on the stakeholdersStrong knowledge of TMC or from TMC background.Hungry for success but humbleFluent in Excel, PowerPoint, and any other related software to help with day-to-day operationsWilling to travel, if needed
