About the Role

We are recruiting a Sales Lead for a well-established commercial cleaning business, operating exclusively within London. This hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to design and implement sales strategies that will drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships.

  • Develop and execute sales initiatives that meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build strong client relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with operational teams to align service delivery with customer needs.
  • Analyse industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Demonstrable experience in sales leadership, within soft FM or commercial cleaning. (ESSENTIAL)
  • A strong understanding of London’s facilities management market.
  • Proven ability to win, grow, and retain key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
