Reporting directly to the MD and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling revenue, boosting brand authority, and driving transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and lead an integrated sales & marketing strategy
  • Drive double-digit revenue growth across key markets
  • Lead international business development & market entry
  • Elevate brand visibility, digital performance, and thought leadership
  • Champion customer-centricity and CRM excellence

Key Objectives

  • Assist in growing revenue by double digit millions by FY27
  • Increase own-brand revenue to 25%
  • Improve gross margin and campaign ROI
  • Achieve 90%+ retention of top 100 customers
  • Accelerate lead generation and pipeline conversion

Requirements

  • Proven track record in senior commercial leadership
  • Experience leading both Sales and Marketing functions
  • Strong international market and business development expertise
  • Data-driven, customer-focused, and strategic mindset
