Sales Director
Based in Lane End, High Wycombe, HP14 3BY (hybrid working) when not travelling internationally. Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday 37 hours per week. 25 Annual Leave + UK Bank Holidays (with option to buy / sell), Pension Scheme, Private Medical Insurance, Access to a Private GP, Company Car / Cash Allowance, Bonus Scheme.
We’re seeking a visionary Sales Director to join our expanding global water technologies company, dedicated to driving ecological transformation. You will head the commercial strategy, lead a global sales team, and contribute to environmental sustainability through innovative water technologies.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic commercial initiatives
- Drive new business development and customer acquisition
- Oversee key account management and stakeholder relationships
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and R&D teams
- Guide product development strategy
- Lead performance tracking and KPI management
- Develop and mentor a global sales organisation
Qualifications
Required Experience:
- Proven track record in scientific/laboratory equipment sales leadership
- Demonstrated success in growing territory revenues
- Experience with global accounts and channel partner management
- Strong understanding of laboratory operations and instrumentation
- International business acumen
- Expert-level sales forecasting and budget management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific discipline
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
