You combine commercial acumen with strong relationship-building skills and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Essential experience and qualities include:Significant experience in direct sales leadership role within the luxury hospitality industry.Experience working in an owner led business is highly desirable.Proven track record of driving sales performance and delivering against targets in multi-site environments.Hands-on leader with experience managing and engaging high-performing sales teams.Exceptional influencing skills and the ability to align different stakeholders across functions.Strategic thinker who can set the vision while remaining close to the detail.Experience implementing best practice and innovation in sales environments.Understanding of marketing to drive enquiries and support conversion.Excellent communication skills – confident in pitching, negotiating, and representing the business externally.Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented.Flexible, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently in an owner led business.Passionate about transforming sales culture and motivating teams.Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
