As Sales Director, you’ll sit at the heart of the commercial strategy — building on success and leading the sales function.

Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Sales Strategy: Own the national sales roadmap across trade and commercial channels to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage, motivate, and grow a team of Area Sales Managers and Key Account Managers to deliver results.
- Build and nurture senior-level relationships with major trade and commercial clients.
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Product Development teams to align sales with broader business objectives.
- Deliver accurate forecasting, KPI tracking, and insightful sales reporting to the Board.
- Stay ahead of trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Proven success in a senior sales leadership role in the fenestration sector.
- Deep understanding of the uPVC and aluminium window and door markets.
- A strong network within the trade and/or commercial building sectors.
- Experience managing and developing national sales teams.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
