The Opportunity
As Sales Director , you’ll take ownership of new enterprise customer acquisition , targeting one or more of the following sectors:
Financial Services & Insurance (FSI)
Higher Education
Media & Telecommunications
Industrial / Manufacturing
You’ll operate strategically and consultatively — building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and leveraging a close partnership with Microsoft to open doors and accelerate growth.
What You’ll Do
Lead net new enterprise sales for Microsoft-aligned Identity & Security solutions
Engage directly with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CISO) to shape transformation strategies
Build and manage co-sell relationships with Microsoft account teams
Develop and execute sales plans across target verticals
Collaborate with solution architects and delivery leads to craft compelling client propositions
Contribute to go-to-market strategy and future revenue planning
About the Company
You’ll be joining a Microsoft-focused Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist , renowned for delivering complex enterprise solutions across Azure AD, Entra, and the Microsoft Security suite.
With advanced Microsoft specialisations, deep partner alignment, and a proven enterprise client base across public and private sectors, they are recognised as one of the leading experts in secure digital identity transformation.
About You
Proven record of winning new enterprise business within or alongside the Microsoft Partner network
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Security, Identity, or Cloud propositions
Established relationships with Microsoft field sales or partner teams
Experience in Microsoft co-sell initiatives
Experience selling into one or more of the key sectors listed above
Strategic, consultative sales approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
The Package
Base Salary: £90,000
OTE: £180,000 (uncapped)
