SEN Teaching Assistant

An inclusive and well-regarded primary school in Ealing (Southall) is seeking a confident and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in KS2 with challenging behaviour and additional needs.
This is a long-term position starting ASAP, ideal for someone who is confident, resilient, and experienced in behaviour management.
The Role:
Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with behavioural needs Implement behaviour strategies and support plans consistently Support learning across the KS2 curriculum Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider staff team Help promote positive behaviour and engagementThe Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with challenging behaviour / SEMH Calm, resilient, and confident approach Strong relationship-building skills Previous experience in a primary school settingWhat the School Offers:
