Key responsibilities:
Lead key Client accounts, supported by the account management team, ensuring strong delivery and client satisfaction
Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with senior Client stakeholders and potential Client leads
Drive growth and profitability across accounts, identifying new opportunities within Bray Leino and the wider MISSION Group
Collaborate with strategic and media planners to shape effective, measurable communication and channel plans
Partner with creative, planning, and activation teams to ensure work is developed and delivered to the highest standard
Develop Client proposals and account plans, drawing on input from relevant specialists
Negotiate Client contracts and fees in partnership with senior agency leadership
Provide leadership, direction, and professional development to direct reports, promoting a high-performing and motivated team
Manage team workload and resources to ensure flexibility and delivery across fluctuating Client needs
Oversee account finances, ensuring accurate reporting and strong revenue management
Stay informed on industry trends and insights, sharing relevant updates with Clients and internal teams

You’re a confident and collaborative client leader who combines strategic thinking with commercial awareness and creative flair
Bring solid experience leading major client accounts within a marketing, advertising, or integrated agency environment and specifically with Food and Drink account
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a proactive, solutions-focused partner
Lead, mentor, and inspire teams to deliver excellent work and encourage a positive, high-performing culture
Are commercially astute, managing budgets, forecasting, and identifying opportunities for growth
Communicate clearly and persuasively, with strong presentation and influencing skills
