Key responsibilities:

  • Lead key Client accounts, supported by the account management team, ensuring strong delivery and client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with senior Client stakeholders and potential Client leads
  • Drive growth and profitability across accounts, identifying new opportunities within Bray Leino and the wider MISSION Group
  • Collaborate with strategic and media planners to shape effective, measurable communication and channel plans
  • Partner with creative, planning, and activation teams to ensure work is developed and delivered to the highest standard
  • Develop Client proposals and account plans, drawing on input from relevant specialists
  • Negotiate Client contracts and fees in partnership with senior agency leadership
  • Provide leadership, direction, and professional development to direct reports, promoting a high-performing and motivated team
  • Manage team workload and resources to ensure flexibility and delivery across fluctuating Client needs
  • Oversee account finances, ensuring accurate reporting and strong revenue management
  • Stay informed on industry trends and insights, sharing relevant updates with Clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate with the New Growth team to evaluate and lead new business opportunities and pitch responses

  • Bring solid experience leading major client accounts within a marketing, advertising, or integrated agency environment and specifically with Food and Drink account
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a proactive, solutions-focused partner
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire teams to deliver excellent work and encourage a positive, high-performing culture
  • Are commercially astute, managing budgets, forecasting, and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively, with strong presentation and influencing skills
