This is a creative leadership role where you move seamlessly from concept to execution, inspiring teams and shaping ideas that make an impact. Reporting to the Creative Director, you are responsible for the delivery of great visual storytelling.Hybrid – 4 days in the London‑based officeSalary: up to 55KAccountabilities and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with designers, editors, and creatives to lead the development of bold creative concepts and visual storytelling for brand campaigns and digital content.Translate strategy and brand insight into fresh, breakthrough visual narratives.Direct photo and video shoots, ensuring every frame aligns with the creative vision.Collaborate with designers, producers, and editors to bring visual ideas to life.Develop standout ideas using photography, video, and emerging creative tools.Support content creation across campaigns, launches, and partnerships.Present and sell creative ideas with confidence to senior stakeholders.Maintain a high standard of design excellence and visual consistency across every project.Guide the creative process on set, ensuring alignment with the brand tone and creative intent.Push innovation in design, layout, motion, and emerging media platforms.Explore new technologies and innovative ways to elevate the brand’s visual presence.Collaborate with the Creative Director on seasonal tone and deliver campaign narratives across all channels.Foster productive internal relationships with Creative, Design, Styling, Brand Marketing, Digital Commerce, VM, Social, and Studio teams.Manage and inspire the Junior Art Director and Content Creator, ensuring high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Art DirectionPrepare and concept all photographic shoots, delivering the creative and product vision for campaigns and weekly product pushes.Lead a team on photographic shoots from concept through post‑production while aligning with critical path budgets.Ensure shoots are concepted in line with budgets and deliver against targets.Amplify the brand’s personality through standout visual content.Technical Knowledge & ExperienceMinimum 5+ years leading creative art direction in a fashion retail brand.In‑depth experience in art direction, photography, and video production with a sharp eye for detail, colour, and visual storytelling.Strong understanding of fashion, retail, and e‑commerce industries, including emerging trends and digital best practices.Translate business goals into engaging content strategies, delivering on business and financial objectives.Build relationships with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.Drive significant traffic growth across all digital channels.Knowledge of photographic and videography trends across all platforms, including TikTok.Experience leading and developing teams with perm, freelance resources, and content creation budgets.Thorough understanding of SEO, social analytics, and emerging platforms to expand brand reach.Deep knowledge of how, when, and where to make content shine throughout the customer journey. #J-18808-Ljbffr
