Senior Cloud Operations and Delivery Director – Hybrid in South Wales. Salary: circa 100,000 - 120,000 pa + 10% bonus + benefits. Benefits include (Pension, Private Medical, Life Insurance, Income Protection).

CPS Group have partnered with a global Media Technology business for a Senior Cloud Operations and Delivery Director to join. This is a key senior hire, overseeing Operations, Customer Integration and Delivery within a Cloud (AWS) ecosystem. You will improve efficiencies from project signoff through to customer launch, ensuring customer expectations are met while maximising profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Operations, Customer Integration and Delivery within an AWS cloud ecosystem.
• Drive efficiencies from project signoff to customer launch, ensuring delivery meets customer expectations and profitability targets.
• Lead strategic initiatives with a focus on service reliability, scalability and performance in AWS deployments.
• Manage offshore resources and cross-functional, international teams where applicable.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success and Technical functions.
• Travel: hybrid role with 1-2 days per week in the Monmouthshire, South Wales office and international travel 2-3 times per year.

Required experience & qualifications

• Strong system integration and/or delivery operations experience.
• AWS expertise on large-scale cloud systems serving millions of users.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• B2B product or systems integration experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, networks and integration technologies.
• Experience within Agile, DevOps and Modern delivery frameworks is advantageous.
