Role Overview

As Senior Director of Sales, you will be a high-impact deal generator, driving revenue growth. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline creation to strategic deal structuring and contract closure. You will define and execute the sales strategy, leveraging your deep industry expertise, executive relationships, and consultative selling approach to secure large-scale outsourcing deals. Success will be measured by your ability to exceed revenue targets, expand market share, and pioneer new service offerings in a fast-evolving landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales and New Business Development
  • Develop and execute a regional strategy, refining client segmentation and sales methodologies.
  • Identify and capitalise on offshoring/outsourcing trends, positioning the company as a partner of choice for transformational deals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align pipeline generation, pricing, and delivery models.
  • Deal Execution & Revenue Growth, specifically around outsourcing solutions.
  • Hunt new logos through personal networks, targeted outreach, and lead-generation engines (digital campaigns, events, RFx responses).
  • Lead end-to-end deal cycles: diagnostics, solution design, bid management, negotiations, and commercial structuring.
  • Drive C-level engagements, crafting tailored value propositions that address client pain points and ROI.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and quota attainment with precision.
  • Market Innovation & Relationship Management
  • Advise leadership on emerging industry trends, shaping new service lines and revenue streams.
  • Foster long-term client partnerships through steering committees and post-sale transition oversight.

Experience

  • Proven Sales Hunter, experience in blended outsourcing solution sales.
  • BPO Outsourcing Sales Expertise
  • Strong C-suite connections in target sectors.
  • Disruptor sector experience.
  • Track record of closing multi-million-pound deals in complex, solution-selling environments.
  • Ability to dissect market data, assess opportunity viability, and pivot strategies swiftly.
  • Polished communicator adept at influencing stakeholders and navigating competitive bids.
