Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Location: Remote (US time zone overlap required)

Type: 6–12 Month Contract (with potential to extend)

The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Full-Stack PHP Developer who brings 7+ years of hands-on experience, deep expertise in Laravel, and a proven track record building scalable SaaS or marketplace products. You'll work closely with the core team on backend and full-stack features, automated testing, and delivery pipelines — with opportunities to influence architecture and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend and full-stack features using Laravel and modern PHP
• Collaborate with the Product and Tech teams to scope and implement new modules
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of application components
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code with automated test coverage
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
• Deploy features in a CI/CD environment
• Join team stand-ups and planning sessions with partial overlap to US time zones
• Potential to travel once or twice to the US for strategy workshops or product sprints
  
  

• 7+ years of professional development experience with PHP
• Expert-level proficiency in Laravel and Laravel ecosystem
• Strong experience with SaaS and/or marketplace product architectures
• Good knowledge of front-end development (Vue.js, React, or similar frameworks)
• Comfortable writing and maintaining automated tests
• Familiarity with Git workflows, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and reliable in remote teams
• Able to work with overlap in US time zones
  
  

• Experience or interest in Python and AI/ML applications
• Exposure to event-driven systems or microservices
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript tooling (TypeScript, Vite, etc.)
• Knowledge of billing systems, notifications, or scheduling logic within SaaS platforms
  
  

• 6–12 month contract with strong potential for extension
