Principal Consultant - Business Change and Finance Transformation at La Fosse

Requirement for a Senior Manager / Associate Director to help drive the growth of a specialist M&A consultancy's dedicated IT practice. This role will be a delivery focused role operating across pre-deal and post-deal type projects. The role work on various projects/clients across the corporate and private equity landscape.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive due diligence thorough research and analysis of target companies' technology infrastructure and technology operations
• Analyse technology stacks: Provide expert analysis of technology stacks, platforms, and systems to assess scalability, technical debt, and alignment with strategic objectives
• Manage carve-out and integration delivery: Lead and coordinate the design and execution of technology separation and integration plans, including TSA development, systems, infrastructure transition and target operating model analysis

IT IS ESSENTIAL TO HAVE COME FROM A CONSULTING BACKGROUND AND HAVE PRE AND POST DEAL M&A EXPERIENCE
