Senior Marketing Content Executive

c. £43,000 - £45,000

Hybrid working 3 days per week on site (Uxbridge)

The Talent Set is partnering with a vibrant and ambitious college group to hire a Senior Marketing Content Executive for their growing marketing team. In this role, you will lead the development of marketing activities to increase engagement and support student enrolment targets. You will plan and implement marketing and communication strategies, and contribute to inspiring campaigns and collateral for the group.

Key responsibilities:

• Enhance the colleges' profile through external marketing, communications, and events
• Support the implementation of marketing plans
• Develop marketing materials and craft social media posts to promote courses, curriculum, and career opportunities
• Create visually engaging content for digital channels
• Collaborate with Graphic Designers and the Assistant Director of Marketing on creative concepts and marketing materials
• Write and edit copy for websites, ensuring style and accuracy

Person Specification:

• Proven success in leading marketing campaigns
• Experience in event management
• Strong digital and social media skills
• Excellent copywriting skills for diverse audiences
• Ability to lead, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Drive for continuous improvement within the marketing department

The role is primarily based in Uxbridge, with travel across college sites in Uxbridge, Harrow, and Richmond as needed.
