We are currently recruiting for a world leader in advanced cold rolled steel technology. They are looking to add a Senior Marketing Executive to join their growing creative team. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer with a proven ability to design and create compelling marketing materials for multi-channel campaigns and manage WordPress websites.

Senior Marketing Executive

Salary: Dependent on Experience
Hours: Mon - Thurs 08:30am - 17:00pm & Fri - 08:30am - 16:00pm
Location: Smethwick

Job Description

1. Write clear, engaging, and on-brand content for digital platforms, email campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing initiatives.
2. Design engaging marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and case studies.
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure branding consistency.
4. Manage the relationship with external agencies, including video production projects, events, and PR.
5. Monitor campaign performance and optimize content based on analytics and insights.
6. Contribute to the development and execution of brand strategies and positioning.
7. Work closely with the commercial, technical, and construction teams to develop content, spot content opportunities, lead event management, and support client hospitality.
8. Manage and update the division's webpages in the existing group WordPress website, including creating new pages, managing downloads, video integration, forms, and CTAs.
9. Ensure the website aligns with the latest design and usability trends, maintaining a strong user experience in conjunction with the web developer.

Essential Skills & Experience:

1. Minimum of 5 years in a digital-biased marketing role.
2. Strong experience with WordPress, including page creations, plugin management, and basic troubleshooting.
3. Proficiency in design tools to output print-ready artwork, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
