Position Overview

The Senior Product Director, Chemistry, leads the Reaxys product team. Responsibilities include defining the product's strategic vision, growth, roadmaps, innovation, user satisfaction, maintenance, and quality control. The role also encompasses managing the product's commercial strategy, including pricing, packaging, and evolving business models.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Product Management experience, especially in leveraging data and analytics to innovate decision support solutions in Pharmaceutical R&D and Industrial Chemistry. Knowledge of Pharma R&D and Commercial Chemistry processes, from synthetic to medicinal chemistry, is preferred.

Familiarity with new technologies such as generative AI and RAG is essential to evolve our solutions. The role involves translating market trends into differentiated products with a focus on monetization, pricing, packaging, and market strategy.
