The Role: We seek a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive new business and revenue growth. You'll be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing client relationships, and closing deals to expand our market presence in industries that employ plasma tools. You'll also work with a pre-existing database of international customers and manage existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients in academic and industrial markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, providing tailored solutions.
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to win new business.
- Exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with business and science teams to align sales strategies.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market shifts.
- Report on sales performance and customer insights regularly.
About You:
- BSc or higher degree in Physics, Chemistry, or related subject.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
Beneficial:

- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as required (typically quarterly or less).
