As Service Director, you will be:

  • Organically building the northern regions to support the expansion and national presence of the leading contractor in order to fulfil the organisations growth plan
  • Demonstrating leadership Commercially and Operationally working alongside the leadership team
  • Coaching and leading the team of Service Engineers to understand their productivity and engagement, providing 1-1s and training where needed
  • Providing expertise to lead the internal projects including the technology advancement plan
  • Developing and implementing strategic relationships with current and target clients to support regional growth strategy
  • Extensive networking nationally alongside office presence to support the team in the South East office
