DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Services to lead and scale our professional and support services strategy across the Northern Europe region. This is a critical leadership role responsible for defining, executing, and optimizing a services‑led approach to help vendors and partners deliver measurable outcomes.
You will own the growth and profitability of the services business, including pre‑sales consulting, technical enablement, project delivery, post‑sales support and managed services. You will also build strong alliances with key vendors, partners and internal sales and technical teams to drive long‑term customer success.
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the regional services strategy aligned to global objectives and revenue targets.
- Team Management: Lead, grow and mentor a high‑performing team of service delivery managers, consultants and technical specialists.
- Service Portfolio Development: Expand and optimise offerings across professional services (e.g. implementation, advisory), support and managed services.
- Partner Engagement: Enable and support partners to deliver or co‑deliver services, including through white‑labelling or enablement models, with various partner types including Service Providers.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with cyber security vendors to align on delivery models, certifications, SLAs and service readiness.
- Field CTO: Responsibility for supporting the Vendor and Partner engagement at a high technical level.
- Delivery Excellence: Ensure high‑quality execution of service engagements with a focus on customer satisfaction, time‑to‑value and profitability.
- Commercial Oversight: Own services P&L for the region, forecast revenue, manage margin and optimise resource allocation.
- Innovation: Identify emerging trends, technologies and service models that can differentiate our value proposition in the market.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track performance through KPIs, customer feedback and internal dashboards. Deliver regular executive‑level updates.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 15+ years in IT or cybersecurity services leadership roles, preferably within distribution, vendor or systems integrator environments.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and delivery models.
- Demonstrated success in scaling services operations across a region or business unit.
- Proven experience in managing P&L and building commercially viable service practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of channel dynamics, vendor‑partner relationships and the value‑added distribution model.
- Ability to travel across the region as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with frameworks such as ITIL, NIST or ISO 27001.
- Familiarity with major cyber vendors (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, etc.).
- Prior experience in channel, vendor, VAR or MSP/MSSP‑focused roles.
