As Site Director, you will have a pivotal role encompassing full accountability, including overseeing commercials, maintaining complete P&L control, and defining the overall site strategy. Your leadership will be crucial in embedding Operational Excellence and fostering a clear vision for the site’s future.

In this role, the focus is on people, process, and strategy. As a leader, you will play a crucial role in managing the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) by providing mentorship, guidance, and support. A transparent and open management leadership approach will be key to your success.

To be considered for this role the ideal professional should possess a seasoned background in site management across the FMCG industry and be able to showcase strong leadership qualities with a commanding presence. You will need to have strong financial acumen, and a commitment to maintaining exceptionally high standards across all operations.
