Present innovative and differentiating ideas and concepts to clients. You’ll be the driving force behind thumb-stopping content, platform-native ideas, and culturally resonant campaigns that spark conversation and drive engagement.This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social, understands the nuances of each platform, and can inspire teams to push creative boundaries.**Key Responsibilities*** **Creative Leadership:** Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to develop breakthrough social-first ideas across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.)* **Strategic Thinking:** Collaborate with strategy and media teams to ensure ideas are insight-driven, audience-relevant, and aligned with brand goals.* **Content Innovation:** Champion new formats, trends, and technologies* **Client Partnership:** Build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the evolving social landscape and selling in bold creative ideas.* **Team Development:** Mentor and grow a team of social creatives, copywriters, designers, and content creators.* **Performance Mindset:** Work closely with analytics and media teams to optimize content based on performance data and audience behaviour.**Qualifications & Skills*** Proven experience leading social creative at a top-tier agency or brand* Deep understanding of platform behaviours, trends, and algorithms* Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling skills* A portfolio of standout social campaigns that drove real cultural impact* Ability to pitch, present, and sell ideas with clarity and passion* Collaborative spirit and a hunger to experiment* Experience managing and mentoring creative teams* Strong, optimistic leader, with clear vision* Evidence of brand platform work, high altitude strat thinking* Confident, articulate presenters, comfortable around clients* Democratic manner, with ability to galvanise teams and inspire collective energy* Passion for nurturing proactive creativity, inspiring work that is transformative, that aspires to push the needle and creative excellence at DC* Tenacious attitude, not afraid to lean in* Appreciation for design, brand texture, brand systems* Evidence of tonal versatility through body of work* Modern thinker, savvy to the world today* Appetite to innovate and to utilise AI to elevate creative product* Hunger to inspire a ‘maker culture’**Working with us**Joining Dentsu Creative, you will be part of a creative network, delivering ideas at the intersection of brand, culture, and commerce.
