A Day in Your Life at MKS: As the Senior Director of Global Supply Chain within our organization, you will oversee the strategic direction of supply chain operations. You will lead the Category Management, Sourcing, Cost Engineering, Contract Management, and New Product Introduction teams. Additionally, you will focus on expanding and implementing a global supply chain transformation supporting business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative international environment across multiple organizations, sites, cultures, and practices. You will report to the Vice President of Global Supply Chain.

You Make an Impact By:

• Ensuring a robust and competitive supply base to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Leading cross-functional teams to drive category initiatives and align with manufacturing and business unit objectives.
• Driving cost reduction initiatives through value engineering, cost analysis, and supplier collaboration.
• Developing and implementing category strategies to optimize supplier performance and risk management.
• Leading the supply chain aspects of NPI, ensuring timely and cost-effective launches of new products.
• Overseeing sourcing strategy and execution, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.

Skills You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends in electronics, mechanical, optics, and photonics.
